SOLENOID SAFETY GAS VALVES (double action)

Solenoid safety gas valve (double action) is a device designed for control and regulation of gaseous mediums supply in gas burners of hot water and steam boilers, melting and drying furnaces, gas heaters and other gas consuming devices where the multi-step control of the flow is required.

Double action solenoid safety gas valves are composed of two shut-off safety gas valves and additional devices functioning in one housing, which allows combining various functions in one product:

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND DEVICES:

  • can be equipped with position indicators of the shutter, pressure switches, manual or electromechanical flow regulator, density (leak- tightness) control valve;
  • for connection of pressure switches, manometers, impulse tubes or other devices and instruments, the holes with G1/4” thread closed with plugs, are provided in the housing.

EXPLOSION PROOF VERSIONS:

  • general industrial usage (protection degree IP65);
  • explosion proof (protection degree IP67).

Combustion optimization process is aimed at increasing and improving the level of efficiency of gas combustion units and devices, as well as reducing the level of emissions.

Manual regulation

Fuel supply regulation is carried out in automatic mode by means of electric power drive or in manual mode.

Fuel supply is regulated by change of size of supply gas pipeline. Fuel in the mixer is sprayed through special holes located in the nozzle of the body and mixed with air to the required proportion.

FLOW RATE OF AIR (DEPEND ON SIZE OF MIXER HOUSING):

  • 90…650 ncm/h;
  • 250…1400 ncm/h;
  • 700…3000 ncm/h;
  • 2300…4800 ncm/h.

OPERATING MEDIUM TEMPERATURE:

Gas mixer can be installed both on horizontal and vertical sections of pipeline.
