PRESSURE SWITCHES

Pressure switches are used as excess-pressure and under-pressure differential monitoring devices for natural gas, liquified gas and air in gas supplying and ventilation systems.

Pressure switches monitor extremely slight pressure differences and provide for electrical disconnection of a system when the set value is reached.

TECHNICAL DATA:

Diaphragm type series DPD (excess-pressure):

  • max. operating pressure: up to 1500 mbar (1,5 bar);
  • controlled pressure range: from 3 up to 1000 mbar;
  • output: dry contact.

Diaphragm type series DPD-Н (excess-pressure):

  • max. operating pressure: up to 1500 mbar (1,5 bar);
  • controlled pressure range: from 0,6 to 1000 mbar;
  • output: dry contact.

Diaphragm type series DPD-Т (under-pressure):

  • max. operating pressure: up to -50 mbar;
  • controlled pressure range: from -0,6 to -50 mbar;
  • output: dry contact.

 

Electronic type series DPD-Е (excess-pressure):

  • max. operating pressure: up to 9000 mbar (9 bar);
  • controlled pressure range: from 0,5 to 6000 mbar;
  • output: current (4…20 mА), relay, visual (LED).

Electronic type series DPD-Е…Т (under-pressure):

  • max. operating pressure: up to ±105 mbar;
  • controlled pressure range: from -70 to 70 mbar;
  • output: current (4…20 mА), relay, visual (LED).

Electronic type series DPD-16 (excess-pressure):

  • max. operating pressure: up to 16000 mbar (16 bar);
  • controlled pressure range: from 100 to 16000 mbar;
  • output: current (4…20 mА), relay, digital (interface RS-485), visual (4-digit digital display).

GAS MIXERS

Gas mixer is applied for mixing fuel (gas) and air for optimal combustion process in gas engine or any other gas consumption device.

Combustion optimization process is aimed at increasing and improving the level of efficiency of gas combustion units and devices, as well as reducing the level of emissions.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Gas engines, gas engine generators, gas burners and other similar devices.

TYPE OF FUEL SUPPLY REGULATION:

Automatic regulation

Manual regulation

Fuel supply regulation is carried out in automatic mode by means of electric power drive or in manual mode.

Fuel supply is regulated by change of size of supply gas pipeline. Fuel in the mixer is sprayed through special holes located in the nozzle of the body and mixed with air to the required proportion.

FLOW RATE OF AIR (DEPEND ON SIZE OF MIXER HOUSING):

  • 90…650 ncm/h;
  • 250…1400 ncm/h;
  • 700…3000 ncm/h;
  • 2300…4800 ncm/h.

OPERATING MEDIUM TEMPERATURE:

  • -40 °С…+80 °С.

 

CLIMATIC VERSION:

  • -30…+60 °С;
  • -45…+60 °С;
  • -60…+60 °С.

 

Gas mixer can be installed both on horizontal and vertical sections of pipeline.
