Solenoid safety gas valves block unit is a set of solenoid safety gas valves and other gas fittings unit assembled into a single gas train (gas filter, pressure regulator-stabilizer, motorized gas valve, safety relief gas valve, safety shut-off gas valve, pressure switch, etc.).

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Solenoid safety gas valves block units are designed for monitoring and regulation of the gas environment (medium) supply in gas burners of hot water and steam boilers, melting and drying furnaces, gas heaters and other gas consuming devices.

DIAMETER NOMINAL:

  • DN 15÷300.

HOUSING MATERIAL:

  • steel: DN 15÷300;
  • iron cast: DN-150, DN-200;
  • aluminum: DN 15÷200.

COMBINED GAS VALVES BLOCK UNIT CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH ADDITIONAL DEVICES:

  • read-off position indicators of the valve shutter, included in the block unit;
  • pressure switches;
  • leak-tightness control block unit (provides the monitoring of the valves leak-tightness included in the block unit before igniting the burner);
  • different types of actuators.

CLIMATIC VERSION:

  • -30…+60 °С – installation in irregularly heated rooms;
  • -45…+60 °С – installation under roof;
  • -60…+60 °С – installation under roof;

AMBIENT OPERATING TEMPERATURE:

All solenoid safety gas valves block units manufactured by TERMOBREST are supplied in a version with ambient operating temperature from -60 up to +70 ° C.

Upon customer’s individual request, solenoid safety gas valves block units can be manufactured with ambient operating temperature from -45 up to +120 ° C.

Upon customer’s individual request, the valves block units with the read-off position indicators can be manufactured with ambient operating temperature from -45 up to +90 ° C (the upper range is limited by the permissible operating limit (range) of the read-off position indicator).

Manual regulation

Fuel supply regulation is carried out in automatic mode by means of electric power drive or in manual mode.

Fuel supply is regulated by change of size of supply gas pipeline. Fuel in the mixer is sprayed through special holes located in the nozzle of the body and mixed with air to the required proportion.

FLOW RATE OF AIR (DEPEND ON SIZE OF MIXER HOUSING):

  • 90…650 ncm/h;
  • 250…1400 ncm/h;
  • 700…3000 ncm/h;
  • 2300…4800 ncm/h.

OPERATING MEDIUM TEMPERATURE:

  • -40 °С…+80 °С.

Gas mixer can be installed both on horizontal and vertical sections of pipeline.
