SAFETY RELIEF VALVES

Safety relief valve is a device designed for output pressure depression by means of releasing gases into the atmosphere or into a low pressure system when the set limit of the controlled pressure is above the requested value. Safety relief valve ensures protection of gas equipment from damage and prevents emergencies.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Safety relief valve is installed usually on the relief line next to the pressure regulator and applied at gas distributing plants/units and other equivalent equipment and installations, which require maintenance of the constant value of gas flow rate pressure.

MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE:

  • up to 6 bar.

VERSION:

Safety relief valve can be equipped with the device of forced opening operation, by means of which valve can be opened in manual mode.

  • from -30 to +70 °С.

LEAK-TIGHTNESS CONTROL UNITS

Leak-tightness control unit is a device designed for automatic checking of the gas valves block units before ignition of the burner and ensures a safe start-up of the boiler.

It is used to control the leak-tightness of the gas train (gas valves block units) of industrial boiler burners and similar gas-burning devices.

FUNCTIONALITY:

  • Possibility of time setting for testing the valves in the process of monitoring the leak-tightness of the gas block unit;
  • Interacts with various types of boiler control automation;
  • Information about the leak-tightness of the solenoid valves is displayed on the LED panel;
  • Provides control in manual or automatic modes;
  • Can be completed with one or two pressure switches (mechanical or electronic types).
