JV TERMOBREST Ltd. has been specializing in the development and manufacture of gas equipment for the heat and power complex for more than 30 years.

Over the years, our engineers have developed more than 10,000 types, type-sizes and modifications of gas pipeline valves and remote safety automatic devices.

We are in constant contact with the consumers of our equipment and are committed to satisfying the growing market needs in a wide range of high-quality, high-technology and reliable gas pipeline valves.

One of the ways in which we could further improve the manufactured equipment was to develop a multifunctional valve block unit composed of solenoid safety gas valves.

A valve block unit is a gas train that consists of a series of separate components of gas pipeline fittings and remote safety automatic devices: solenoid safety gas valves, gas filters, pressure regulators-stabilizers, motorized gas valves, safety relief valves, safety shut-off valves, pressure switches, leak-tightness control units and other equipment that may be added to the gas train upon a specific request of the customer.

Valve block units are used to control and regulate the gas-air mixture supply in gas burners of hot water and steam boilers, melting and drying furnaces, gas heaters and other gas- consuming devices.

In developing the solenoid safety gas valve block units, TERMOBREST’s specialists have come up with a unique technical solution. The solution is simple (but the genius is in the simplicity) – the gas train is made of the valves and filters that have an angle housing. What it achieves is – it allows to assemble a gas train in any configuration for all existing types of gas burner devices.

Valve block units in angle version can be used at facilities where the circumstances are such that it would be difficult to assemble a linear block unit due to the face-to-face length. Furthermore, such units can be used in the process of design and development of measures aimed at restructuring of heat and power facilities, where the replacement of outdated gas train is required and the space is limited due to the existing gas pipeline supply, location of the boiler units and gas igniters.

TERMOBREST’s gas valve block units are suitable for any automated control system of boiler and burner equipment and can be used in the gas supply circuits for steam and hot water boilers of various types, including high-power boilers: PTVM, DKVR, DE and KVGM.
