Three-position solenoid safety gas valve is a device designed for remote control of flow of non-aggressive gaseous mediums in three different modes:
Three-position solenoid safety gas valves are applied at automated systems of gradual gas flow control.
Such valves combine shut-off (cut-off) unit with manual gas flow regulator and unit of average (intermediate) gas flow in one housing. This design ensures gradual gas flow control as well as manual adjustment of average gas flow rate from 10 to 60 %.
Customized valves can be manufactured with two flow regulators that allow to adjust gas flow rate from 10 to 100 %.

ALUMINUM
STEEL
Valves in aluminum housings are applied at thermal power facilities (boiler houses, furnace rooms etc.), and also by manufacturers of gas equipment (modular boiler houses, boilers, burners, furnaces, flare facility etc). Low weight, cost and small dimensions make valves in aluminum housings practical in application.
Valves in steel housing are applied primarily at large power plants (heat and thermal power plants, condensation power plants etc). Steel housings are highly resistant to static and dynamic loads due to requirements of equipment application at large power plants.

EXPLOSION PROOF VERSION:
General purpose industrial version of valves is applied at all gas facilities, where there are no special requirements for ensuring explosion safety of electrical equipment.
Explosion proof version of valves is applied at the facilities and premises with special protective measures requirements upon designing, manufacturing and operating of electrical plants.
