Production line

Today TERMOBREST has a practically closed production cycle. Investment in production development is among priority areas of the enterprise development.

In the year 2008 we have implemented a large-scale investment project: a new mechanical production fully equipped with up-to-date machining - CNC turning and milling workstations was put into operation. In the year 2014 a new plant, fitted with the latest generation equipment, was completely constructed and put into operation. Today TERMOBREST production area makes more than 12000 m².

Our machine tool holding provides for manufacture of high-precision parts and components. Introduction of new technologies enables us to manufacture new product types and ensures a minimum customization period irrespective of complexity and configuration of the orders.

We have organized the in-house foundry which fully supplies our need for domestic aluminum castings.

Incoming materials and components purchased for the enterprise pass a multistage inspection. We cooperate with the leading manufacturers and suppliers of component parts from Germany, Russian Federation, Switzerland, USA, Turkey, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia, etc.

Three-position solenoid safety gas valves

Three-position solenoid safety gas valve is a device designed for remote control of flow of non-aggressive gaseous mediums in three different modes:

  • maximum flow rate mode;
  • average (intermediate) flow rate mode;
  • off mode.

Three-position solenoid safety gas valves are applied at automated systems of gradual gas flow control.

Such valves combine shut-off (cut-off) unit with manual gas flow regulator and unit of average (intermediate) gas flow in one housing. This design ensures gradual gas flow control as well as manual adjustment of average gas flow rate from 10 to 60 %.

Customized valves can be manufactured with two flow regulators that allow to adjust gas flow rate from 10 to 100 %.

OPERATING PRESSURE:

  • from 0 to 3 bar (up to 0,3 mPa).

DIAMETER NOMINAL:

  • DN 20÷50.

HOUSING MATERIAL:

ALUMINUM

STEEL

Valves in aluminum housings are applied at thermal power facilities (boiler houses, furnace rooms etc.), and also by manufacturers of gas equipment (modular boiler houses, boilers, burners, furnaces, flare facility etc).  Low weight, cost and small dimensions make valves in aluminum housings practical in application.

Valves in steel housing are applied primarily at large power plants (heat and thermal power plants, condensation power plants etc). Steel housings are highly resistant to static and dynamic loads due to requirements of equipment application at large power plants.

CLIMATIC VERSION:

  • -30…+60 °С – installation in irregularly heated space;
  • -45…+60 °С – installation under cover;
  • -60…+60 °С – installation under cover;
  • -60…+60 °С – outdoor installation (only for explosion proof version);

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT TEMPERATURE:

  • -60…+70 °С (standard version);
  • -45…+120 °С (customized version).

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND DEVICES:

  • all gas valves can be equipped with external read-off position indicators (opened/closed);
  • for additional devices such as manometers, pressure switches, pulse tubes etc. connection valves are equipped with plugged threaded connections G1/4”.

 HOUSING VERSIONS:

  • flange;
  • coupling.

EXPLOSION PROOF VERSION:

  • general purpose industrial version;
  • explosion proof version.

General purpose industrial version of valves is applied at all gas facilities, where there are no special requirements for ensuring explosion safety of electrical equipment.

Explosion proof version of valves is applied at the facilities and premises with special protective measures requirements upon designing, manufacturing and operating of electrical plants.
